You get a confirmation
Straight after your report you get a confirmation by email. It says we are looking into it. The team replies later in the same email thread.
The decision
When we reach a decision, we tell you, with the reasons. This happens by email, in the same thread. If you disagree with a decision, reply to that email to object.
The person you reported is never told who made the report. If we act, we only tell that person what we do and why.
Privacy
We keep a report and the copy of what you reported for two years. After that, the report is deleted. Even if your account is deleted, the report remains, without a link to you.
